Gluten Freegan started selling at markets, and that still continues. It’s a great way to talk to people about veganism, recipes and ideas.
We always use organic ingredients, and seasonal produce wherever possible.
We like to find recipes, and change them to vegan and gluten free. We use a combination of rice and tapioca flour.

100% of our ingredients are vegan, 95% gluten free, there are ingredients in our kitchen which contain gluten.
We take the greatest care, to avoid cross contamination, we have procedures in place, and use seperate equipment in the kitchen, however, this is not a 100% gluten free kitchen.
